- We recently received our order of four task chairs made by Hon. I just want to say thanks for (1) delivering them assembled and not in boxes. That saves us a lot of time and we really appreciate it. (2) the guys that delivered them wheeled them in and were very helpful.
It's not often that we receive thanks, and it's things like this that make me pause to send them.

- Just wanted to let you know what high class people you hire. Carlos is our regular delivery person and he is always friendly and warm, greeting me every day when he comes in. He had to make 2 trips up to the 4th floor here to make it right and he did so with speed and good humor. I really enjoy seeing Carlos' face every morning and working with him is a pleasure. I know everything will go where I have requested it is dropped and that he is making sure we are getting what we need. - Our cabinet was delivered on Friday and I just wanted to let you know what a gentleman the delivery man was. He went out of his way, moving tables and boxes to make sure the cabinet was installed in its proper place without any scratches. I would like to add that he remained pleasant, professional and sociable all the while that he was moving our items out of the way, to make room for the cabinet. NEOS is lucky to have such a gentleman working for them as he made a potentially difficult delivery into a smooth, efficient process without even a hint of annoyance. - Janet H.

- My office has been dealing with NEOS for over four years now. The service we receive from NEOS is always excellent. Our orders are always delivered the next day on time and everything is always correct which is very important in a busy law firm. Also, if I need an item that you don’t have in stock, you always get it for me quickly. For that great service, I am always so very appreciative. –Gayle F.
- I had called NEOS regarding some boxes that I needed to drop ship to one of our customers, actually 350 boxes, I had spoken to Robert in your Customer Service Department to see if he could accommodate drop shipping these boxes to our customers on 2 different dates. He said he could and that was great.
Robert just called me today to tell me that he had a better price for the same boxes and would I want to ship out those boxes that were cheaper, that he found. I said as long as they are the same boxes I had specified, which they were. The reason I am telling you this is because how many companies call their client and let them know that they can get the same product cheaper?
I can't say enough about this young man. This is what customer service is all about! This is what separates you from all the other suppliers.
Customer service is everything and you would be amazed at how many companies do not understand that value. - Lisa
- I just wanted to let you know about one of your drivers at NEOS, Carlos. Just wanted to pass along that he is a wonderful driver/delivery person. He is very kind and professional. It is confusing here as our offices are spread out but he takes time to really read the notes on the deliveries and makes sure he gets everything to the right offices. - I just have to take a minute to let you know what a wonderful delivery man we have from New England Office Supply. Dinis is always pleasant, efficient, professional and accommodating. Even when he is rushed with many other deliveries to make, he always takes the time to say hello and be pleasant. He is always in a good humor even when the weather is unpleasant, thus making his job all the more difficult. He always makes sure he stows my deliveries in a location that is convenient for me. - I wanted to let you know how impressed I have been with the level of service I have received from Michelle in Customer Service. I was looking for some replacement metal rails for an old lateral file cabinet that we have here in our office. From the first request I made to Michelle, she was so helpful. We had several emails back and forth to gather the necessary information to allow her to order the correct rails. On several occasions, after she was able to find and place the order with the manufacturer, I contacted her to check on the order—probably making a bit of a nuisance of myself —and she was always pleasant, helpful and timely with her responses. I find this trait to be admirable and, sadly, rare in this day and age. Please know that my interactions with Michelle have reaffirmed my confidence in New England Office Supply. I have always found the company to be timely and easy to deal with. Having Michelle as such a wonderful spokesperson only makes my impression stronger. - Patti M.

We had run out of supplies at the last minute and I called Michelle in Customer Service, and she was able to get us what we needed and told me that you would deliver the supplies to our company today at a minute's notice. Without these supplies, our production facility could not have done their jobs today. Not only do you understand what customer service is all about, you go above and beyond!
There are a lot of companies that sell office supplies and we are fortunate that we have a supplier that gets what customer service is all about! It's about listening to your clients and taking care of your clients when there is a crisis of needing supplies at the last minute. I can't say enough about your company. We are so happy and so overwhelmed by the service you provide us!
