State and Local Government Programs
New England Office Supply has been a statewide contracting partner with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts since 1993. During that period we have won awards for customer service, performance and initiative. We are former members of the Affirmative Market Program’s Business Advisory Board and sponsor the Board’s mentoring initiative for minority and woman owned businesses.
We currently hold the following contracts :
OFF32 - Copier, fax and printer supplies
OFF20 - Office furniture
OFF24 - School supplies (joint contract with the State of Connecticut)
OFF28 - Office supplies
Contract pricing is available to all Executive departments of the Commonwealth, to all of its Quasi Public agencies, Cities, Towns and Non-Profit Agencies doing business with the Commonwealth. To find out if you are eligible, see list of eligible entities below.

05. Public hospitals, owned by the Commonwealth

07. Public purchasing cooperatives
08. Non-profit, UFR-certified organizations that are doing business with the Commonwealth
09. Other states and territories with no prior approval by the State Purchasing Agent required
10. and Other entities when designated in writing by the State Purchasing Agent
