Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you receive an order that is not what you wanted or not up to your expectations, return it! We'll be happy to issue you a credit or send you a replacement.
Our Return Policy is designed to ensure that you receive proper and timely credit or replacement of the product(s) returned. To ensure accurate credit, all products returned require a Return Authorization.
To Request a Return:
- Click "Shop Now" to access our online ordering system
- Make sure you're logged in by checking that your name appears in the top right of the page
- Click "Request a Return" in the top page header to submit your request
Return Policy (See below for Furniture Returns)
• Return requests must be made within 30 days from date of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging and in saleable condition.
• Return items will be picked up within 2 business days of your request. Credit invoices are issued within 72 hours.
• Special orders may not be returnable, or may be subject to a restocking charge.
• For safety reasons, all food, medicines and hazardous materials are non-returnable.
Furniture Return Policy
• Damaged and wrong fill items will be picked up and replaced at no charge. All claims must be made at time of delivery.
• All furniture return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery. Pickup, delivery, assembly, and installation charges incurred by NEOS will be deducted from the credit. Items must be in saleable condition.
• Special orders may not be returnable, or may be subject to a restocking charge.
