JWOD Program NEOS strongly supports the Javitts-Wagner-O'Day (JWOD) Act and offers 600 products made by the National Industries for the Blind (NIB) and National Industries for the Severely Handicapped (NISH). The NIB/NISH products that are substituted in place of many commercial products are manufactured by disadvantaged Americans. Purchasing products made under the JWOD program supports these valuable employment and rehabilitation programs.
