How to Order: Any Way You Choose

New England Office Supply is flexible as to how customers shop with us.  Orders may be placed using any of the following methods:

Whichever way you choose to place an order, our experienced Customer Service Representatives are trained to make the process easy.  Your account can be accessed with your company account number, name or telephone number.  Account history can be instantly accessed by any of our service professionals.

Your Office Products catalog is an easy-to-use tool for thousands of our most popular and best-priced brand-name items. Plus a General Line catalog is available to all customers to use as a reference guide for over 22,000 products.  Online at www.neosusa.com, there are 60,000 products from which to choose.  To make ordering simple, we provide standard fax or on-line order forms, which list our most commonly ordered items.  We can also create custom order forms of each customer based on frequently ordered items.  Ask your Account Manager for these time-saving tools.

NEOS Online is the convenient, easy-to-use tool for managing all your office supply needs right from your desktop. That means over 60,000 items are just keystrokes away. EDI Ordering 

If your computer system runs purchasing/procurement software that communicates with external computers, NEOS can accurately receive orders, send invoices and apply payments directly from our systems to yours. This service is customized to your EDI specifications. Contact your Account Manager for details.

Item Research: Hard to Find Items You Need

Can't find an item? You don't have to spend your valuable time looking for a product or product number. Our purchasing research department has over 50 years of office supply experience and can access the product files of hundreds of manufacturers representing thousands of items. Customized Supply Order Lists

At New England Office Supply, we know that your time is valuable. Based on your order history, we create custom lists of your most frequently ordered items. When quantities are running low, simply enter the desired quantity into the order form and fax it to us. Your order will be processed and put on the truck for FREE Next Day delivery. Custom order forms are printed with your company-specific information. Forms also provide space for other relevant information such as purchase order numbers, department numbers or approval signatures. Contact your Account Manager for these time-saving tools.

Same Day Backorder Notification

Our current fill rate is 99.7% on our Office Products Catalog and 99% overall. All orders are double-checked to insure accuracy. When the occasional backorder does occur, they are usually shipped within 48 hours. In the event of a backorder, our courteous staff will notify you of its status. We inform customers of backorders on the same day the order is placed. Orders must be received by 2:00 p.m. EST to allow us enough time to respond.

Free Next Day Delivery

Orders on office supplies placed by 5:00 PM will be delivered to commercial business customers the next business day with no delivery charge. Best of all, there’s never a minimum purchase required to qualify for free next day delivery. Our courteous professionals will bring your order to any destination you choose: the receiving area, your desktop, copy room, etc. Whatever location it may be, you can be sure the correct order will be at the right place at the promised time. Rush orders can be delivered via NEOS Express within 4 hours!

Nationwide Express Delivery

If you have business locations in the continental United States, take advantage of our Nationwide Delivery program. This cost-saving efficiency program allows customers to source all office supplies from a single vendor, ensuring cost and service continuity and control. Each one of your locations works with a single Account Manager and Customer Service contact at our central office via toll-free number. With 41 regional distribution centers in major cities, we’re able to ship out for next day delivery all orders called or faxed in by 12:00 p.m. EST. Local representation is also available if required.

Our computer generated shipping labels are attached to every package and contain all the critical information needed to get your package to its proper destination. We can ship your order using the following information

Company-specific Supply Management and Fulfillment 

Your company may use unique products or forms that are not normally stocked at our distribution facilities. That’s why we provide the NEOS Single Source Fulfillment Program. We can stock your company-specific items in our warehouse so that they are available for you to order them with your other supplies.

Returning Items

Satisfaction Guaranteed

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you receive an order that is not what you wanted, what you thought it would be, or not up to your expectations, return it! We'll be happy to issue you a credit or send you a replacement. Our goal is to see that every customer is completely satisfied with the service and products they receive from NEOS. If you find you are dissatisfied with the service, we ask that you speak to a Customer Service manager so we can make things right.

Return Policy (Excluding Furniture)

  • To ensure accurate credit, all products returned require a Return Authorization. Please contact Customer Service at 800-345-7080 for your Return Authorization or log on to NEOS ONLINE @ www.neosusa.com and select “Returns” from the menu.
  • Our Return Policy is designed to ensure that you receive proper and timely credit or replacement of the product(s) returned.
  • Return items will be picked up within 2 business days of your request. Credit invoices are issued within 72 hours.
  • Return requests must be made within 30 calendar days from date of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging and in saleable condition.
  • All discrepancies in quantity and/or condition must be made within 7 business days.
  • Special orders such as stamps, printing, furniture or items not available through our standard distribution channels may not be returnable, or may be subject to a restocking charge.
  • For safety reasons, all food, medicines and hazardous materials are non-returnable.

Furniture Return Policy

  • All furniture must be inspected and signed for by the customer.
  • Furniture that is unpacked and installed by New England Office Supply may only be returned at the time of delivery before it is accepted. Returns due to customer error will be charged a 25% restocking fee.
  • All furniture that is assembled by New England Office Supply may only be returned due to damage, defect, or incorrect item at the time of delivery before it is accepted. Assembled items cannot be returned due to customer error.
  • Special order furniture may only be returned due to damage, defect, or incorrect item, at the time of delivery before it is accepted. Special order furniture cannot be returned due to customer error.
  • Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging and in saleable condition. Customers must report any discrepancies in quantity or condition of the order at the time the delivery is received.
  • All furniture returns require a return authorization. Please contact Customer Service at 1-866-636-7872 for your return authorization.

Manufacturer’s warranties will be honored and applied by New England Office Supply.

Credit terms are net 30 days. NEOS invoices can accommodate your accounting needs.We are able to bill by department, location, cost center, or any other method you choose.NEOS can help you implement a purchasing (credit) card program. We have customized billing options with no limitations on our billing capabilities

Usage Reports

Monthly, quarterly and yearly Usage Reports are available upon request. These show each item ordered, order date, price, frequency, quantity, and totals by department or by company.These reports are a valuable management tool that can be used to control and track overall office supply expenses.

Annual Business Review 

This annual review can be provided to you to help you identify cost-saving opportunities as well as help you gain more control of your overall procurement process. It provides detailed reports of your company’s purchasing patterns, buying history, average order size, returns, and many other invaluable metrics – all to help you drive down your internal costs.
