Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you receive an order
that is not what you wanted, what you thought it would be, or not
up to
your expectations, return it! We'll be happy to issue you a credit
or send you a replacement
Return Policy (See below for Furniture Returns)
- To
ensure accurate credit, all products returned require a Return
Authorization. Please contact Customer Service at 800-345-7080 for
your Return Authorization or log on to NEOS ONLINE @ www.neosusa.com
and select “Returns” from the menu.
- Our
Return Policy is designed to ensure that you receive proper and timely
credit or replacement of the product(s) returned.
- Return
items will be picked up within 2 business days of your request. Credit
invoices are issued within 72 hours.
- Return
requests must be made within 30 calendar days from date of delivery.
Items must be in their original packaging and in saleable condition.
- All
discrepancies in quantity and/or condition must be made within 7
business days.
- Special
orders such as stamps, printing, furniture or items not available
through our standard distribution channels may not be returnable, or
may be subject to a restocking charge.
- For
safety reasons, all food, medicines and hazardous materials are
non-returnable.
Furniture Return Policy
- All
furniture must be inspected and signed for by the customer.
- Furniture that is unpacked and installed by New England Office Supply may only be returned at the time of delivery before it is accepted. Returns due to customer error will be charged a 25% restocking fee.
- All furniture that is assembled by New England Office Supply may only be returned due to damage, defect, or incorrect item at the time of delivery before it is accepted. Assembled items cannot be returned due to customer error.
- Special order furniture may only be returned due to damage, defect, or incorrect item, at the time of delivery before it is accepted. Special order furniture cannot be returned due to customer error.
- Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging and in saleable condition. Customers must report any discrepancies in quantity or condition of the order at the time the delivery is received.
- All furniture returns require a return authorization. Please contact Customer Service at 1-866-636-7872 for your return authorization.
Manufacturer’s
warranties will be honored and applied by New England Office Supply.
