New England Office Supply offers a variety of committees to all associates who are interested in improving company policies, morale and global impact. All associates are encouraged to join the committees and participate in committee-sponsored events.
Green Team:
The NEOS Green Team is made up of associates from all departments whose goal is to make New England Office Supply a greener company. The team works on a range of subjects from eliminating the use of incandescent bulbs in the office to setting up a battery-recycling program for associates and customers. The team strives towards reducing the company’s carbon footprint and encourages all associates to make positive environmental decisions not just at work but at home as well.
Safety Committee:
The goal of the Safety Committee is to maintain a safe and healthy work environment for all associates. The Safety Committee keeps associates up to date on safety issues in the office and at home. The Safety committee also sets the necessary training programs in place and provides associates the correct tools and equipment to ensure a safe working environment.
Activities Committee:
The Activities Committee is a very important part of the NEOS community. The committee’s central role is to organize events aimed at generating a positive work environment. Events range from Smoothie Day to Football Potluck. All associates are encouraged to participate in the Activities Committee sponsored events.
Perfect Customer Experience Team/ Committee:
The Perfect Customer Experience’s mission is to make each customer’s interaction an exceptional experience. Representatives from every department at NEOS meet once a month to discuss potential customer issues and the methods to improve them.
